I'd drop $10 on that, maybe $12, especially because it is Red Tractor and in-house all the way. The mustard was a particular revelation, and I have only made it a couple of times, but it is something I want to add to my regular repertoire. Thanks John!

Great looking sandwich. I will try it soon. My all-time favorite sandwich is the quintessential got-to-have-one-today type of sandwich called the Reuben. Its an American classic done many ways (including very poorly) but when made with real American corned beef (different then British corned beef), good dark rye bread, great cheese (none of that near-fake suff!), saurkraut, and grilled to perfection, you end up with a mouth watering sandwich that goes down so easily with a pint of you favorite beer. Many believe it may be Irish or German but it isn't. I would be glad to share an excellent recipe.

I don't know If Katsu is necessarily always marinated in buttermilk as seen here, but Schnitzel is breaded with fine bread crumb whereas the Katsu uses the Asian-style panko crumbs.
