Louie seems to contradict himself a lot. In an interview with Barbell shrugged, he said without a plan, you plan to fail. No he's saying, I go into the gym and I don't have a plan or a clue as to what I'm gonna do tomorrow.

When he says they have no plan, he is referring to max effort day, where the plan is to max out, BUT, they don't plan out in advance what exercise they will max out on.

Wait a min what is godfather of powerlifting and strength training doing on a crossfit channel this crossfit guys what promotion from real legend even though their training method itself is injurious

Or... maybe.. Louie talked to Crossfit athletes and shared his knowledge.. see all the Crossfit shirts sitting around and listening to the teacher? Any style of lifting is dangerous if done improperly. looking at competition lifts isn't an accurate depiction, because people are willing to get injured in ANY style of lifting when things get competitive. people push themselves to the limit.
