As much as 24.1 was made for me, 24.2 was the opposite. Not the best rower, mediocre at deadlifts, and terrible at double-unders. Going in felt like 8 rounds was possible but I came out hot and then the dubs failed me at the end. Overall, despite my score, I really like this workout. Longer time domain is typically my jam. If it was 30 dubs I would have loved it. Give this one a go!
