Felt like keeping a 3.5 second pace on the box step ups would be perfect with about a 3 second transition both ways. To keep a minute pace I’d need to step up and hit those cleans back to back and was successfully able to. Felt like I could have knocked out the cleans all day but the step ups were starting to weigh me down. Since I was holding it on the same side the whole time the opposite side of my lower back was starting to feel tightness while the other wasn’t. Also, the steps on the right were money whereas with my left foot I was trying to race that right foot up as fast as possible to help me out. Overall way more lungs than anticipated but that’s always typical when carrying any additional weight. Give this one a go!
