Yes, I found this both useful and enjoyable to watch. Great job.

Thanks, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it - strange to fish for crucians in this way, but it works 🐟🐟

@@tight.lines.chris.miller I usually fish for crucians with my pole, but I'll give the method feeder a try tomorrow.

Cheers, Drennan feeders are really good and I use the ESP versions in 70 and 100g sizes too. I bought the feeders in this video from e-bay, normally about £1 each. Tight lines

Hello, I have just started method feeder fishing. Could you maybe do a video on when to strike or if you even need to strike? I seem to hardly catch on the method feeder lol
@tight.lines.chris.miller

Hi Liam, I find the majority of fish hook themselves against the weight of the feeder, so no need to strike. If you’re not catching, take a look at my other video on using the method feeder for tench and carp. I’ve found Krill pellets seem to work on most lakes and ponds, and keep your hooklink as short as possible - no more than 4”. Best of luck

Do you ever target bream?
@tight.lines.chris.miller
3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I target bigger bream - anything bigger than 7lb. Smaller bream can be a bit of a pain when fishing for carp or tench. Tight lines

It’s a day ticket water in Surrey, it’s actually an island that runs through the lake.
