This video shows how I built my DIY mining rig for mining Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Zcash, Siacoin, LBRY, and many others. This open air mining rig is capable of holding 8 GPU's. I plan on mining with 7 until I can get a M.2 pci-e riser. I spent extra time painting the wood with white latex paint I had left over. The tools I used to build the mining case is at the end of the video. I will list my parts below.
I have two more videos of this build. The next one is installing the parts and the last operation. I hope this video helps you build your own mining rig to use GPU's for crypto currency. Bitcoin and Ethereum are very high right now. If you do build this mining rig make sure it's on a dedicated circuit at least 20 amps. It pulls over 10 amps of power in full operation.
