Black panthers came Arusha Tanzania 1969..from St Luis, Missiori...The name of the area is called Embasini village in Arusha.. charlotte Oneal aka (Mama C ) and Pete O'Neal ( aka Mzee Pete)...that's how the call them in Tanzania..mzee means Vets or grown man with knowledge and wisdom...the have pan African school , and they teach so many things they came Tanzania 1969..they been in Tanzania for 51 years ..mama C recently lost her father who moved to Tanzania since 1980... her daddy..passed on ..may his would rest in peace "zee Sterling" ,...in Tanzani we use mzee a lot ..for people we respect and we see th have lot of wisdom and knowledge..

i cant believe you guys have not paid THE PANTHER a visit. He was excile from the US, cannot returne, a fellow black panther out of st. louis and doing great things over there for the community. i dont know the name of the area he in but just youtube a panther in africa.

All property is owned by locals .you can not buy a house or land .They are whites or Asians who are born there. who came to Tanzania in1800. Some are doing a lot of good work. you can only buy a flat in Zanzibar fumba
