Ingredientsvof Chicken Cutlet:
Chicken - 300 gm
Boiled Potato - 1 Pcs Big Size
Refined Oil
Chopped Onion - 1 Pcs Big Size
Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Water - 1 Tnsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Bread Crumbs
Egg
Methods of how to make Chicken Chop:
1. At first take 300 gm Boneless Chicken, washed and cleaned.
2. Take a blender jar and add the chicken in it.
3. Blend to make a smooth paste.
4. Boil 1 medium size Thin Sliced Potato and mash them.
5. After that start making the stuffing.
6. Heat up a kadai and add 3 tbsp. Refined Oil
7. When the oil heats up add 2 big size Chopped Onion. Fry for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
8. After frying add 1/2 tbsp. Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Ginger Paste.
9. Fry for 2 mins on medium flame.
10. After that add 1 tsp Chilli Powder (as per taste), 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt (as per taste), 1 tbsp. Water and fry the masala.
11. Cook while stirring continuously on medium flame for 2-3 mins.
12. After that add the Chicken Paste. Mix well with the masala.
13. Stir and cook for 5-7 mins till it dries out and oil comes out of it.
14. Now add the mashed Potato and mix well.
15. After mixing add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
16. You can also add Coriander leaves or Kasuri Methi if you like.
17. Turn off your oven and let it cool down completely.
18. Put it in a bowl to cool it down quickly.
19. Now make the Chicken Chops with this stuffing.
20. Crack an Egg in a bowl.
21. Then take Biscuit Powder in a plate.
22. Now dip a chop in the egg and coat with biscuit powder.
23. Heat up oil in the kadai and fry the chops on medium flame.
24. Fry them on medium flame till golden brown and take them out.
25. Serve them hot.
26. Today's recipe Chicken Chop is ready.
