Ingredientsof chicken cutlet:
Boneless Chicken Keema - 300 gm
Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Ginger Paste
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice
Garlic Paste
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Salt
Refined Oil
How To Make Chicken Cutlet:
1. Take chicken keema in a big bowl.
2. Add lemon juice in it.
3. Add ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala powder, and ¼ tsp black pepper powder.
4. Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ½ tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, and salt as per your taste.
5. Now mix all the ingredients very well. Keep it for 1 hour in refrigerator.
6. After 1 hour take some mixture in hand palm and give a shape of rectangle/oval/ diamond.
7. Then coat the cutlet in bread crumbs.
8. After this deep the cutlet in beaten eggs.
9. Then again coat the cutlet in bread crumbs.
10. Now keep the cutlets in freeze for 1 hour.
11. After 1 hour heat the oil and deep fry the chicken cutlets in medium flame.
12. Serve hot Chicken Cutlet with sauce, kasundi and salad.
