Country music legend, Dale Watson, LOVES Elvis (for the record, so do I). But he loves Elvis so much that he bought a small 1950's house about a mile away from Elvis' Graceland and created his own "Lil Graceland." In this episode, we talk about the music of Memphis, explore Dale and Celine Watson's Air BnB, and make a vintage tiki cocktail called the 'Polynesian Paralysis.'
To make the the drink in the video you will need:
--------------------------------------
3 oz fresh orange juice
3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz orgeat syrup
3 oz okolehao (we used Dickel Bourbon)
--------------------------------------
Put everything in a blender and and mix at high speed for about 10 seconds. Pour unstrained into a tiki bowl, adding ice cubes to fill.
