Kingsley and Jupiter is where I grew up, lots of Mexicans riding on 24s in silver Crown Vics with cowboys jerseys around, crack sales, prostitution, and .. vietnamese people and stuff.

They may be separate cities but some city limits overlap, an enclave of Dallas being in "Plano" for example, also share the same court office, county jails, some cities share water systems. Dallas annexed Addison and Oak Cliff and some of what is considered Mesquite. It's Dallas. Outside of Dallas county I can see your point.

East Dallas and Webb Chapel plus Skillman and Audelia parts of North Dallas is alot rougher than Mesquite.The part of Mesquite that is rough is on the Far East Dallas and Pleasant Grove borderline

Cedar Hill , Desoto, Duncanville are also all black communities and their families thrive. Lancaster is a safe place, i know because i’m from Dallas .
