Here are my Dark Chocolate Gin Bonbons!
These were a blast to make as a bespoke order for a local restaurant I supply!
The recipe was super simple too, all you’ll need is
Dark Chocolate, tempered
Gin
more dark chocolate for the ganache
invert sugar (optional!)
Its literally 3-4 ingredients 😍
Use a 3:1 ratio of chocolate and gin to make the ganache, and let it set for 2 Hours once piped into the shells!
