In my opinion, the dialogue in these three minutes is SO masterful. In all my time studying character dialogue writing, I don't think I've ever stumbled upon the revelation of so much character development crammed into such a precise space. For Data and Jordi, that's all they needed: three spoken lines. And they're WONDERFUL. Years of character development for Data (including multiple deaths and rebirths), not to mention the entirety of Trek's philosophical discussion on whether a machine can ever truly become a man, and the answer is all on display in less than five seconds. And the fact that it's in the form of a well-timed joke both PROVES the argument AND makes this moment so much more meaningful.

I can't imagine how blind we were that they were hinting Titan becoming Enterpise, because at the beginning of this scene there is theme that plays only when Enterpise is on screen from First contact to Nemesis.
