A 25min therapeutic practice to find sweet release through the outer hips & IT (iIiotibial band) that runs along the outer edge of the thigh. Hip tightness can also contribute quite significantly to lower back pain which is why working on these areas as well as the glutes (often in combination with some strengthening work) can work some magic and help you find that sweet release.
