Ek bahut acha diet jo jldi banjaye. Exercise ke baad time nai milta kuch banane ko jldi se jo jldi ho sake aur fulfill ho sakte daily requirements ka. Once again thanku sooo much ❤❤❤

My age is 15 and I am doing GYM, 8 months have passed but i didn't build any muscles. Even my bicep are not in shaped. My height is 5feet 9inch.My diet is good I am eating enough protein and carbs but still no gains. I also have gynecomastia. Sir kindly tell me how I can build muscles at age 15.
