Welcome to day eight, you all are doing great. I’m very proud of you. All
today we are working on stretching part stretching is very important because they relaxes the muscles and release all the tensions out which is built by various reasons, such as holding emotions, accumulated emotions, not moving physically or moving physically, too much without any proper stretch.
The sequence which we are practising today can be done in the evening before you sleep. Make sure you are relaxing completely all the muscles and allowing the gravity to take you further in deep stretch. Sometimes mouth acceleration may help you to release all the tension out faster.
