Favorite exercise single leg circles with leg drop...Since it was only 12 minutes long, I added 3 sets of each 16 walk-offs with push-up :) an 4 sets of each 25 double leg-lift...YAY

Love it. I sweat more in these 10 minuet workouts than a full workout at the gym. SCUBA it stand for Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus!
