A casino has a much wider R/R in their favor. You're gonna lose big before you even win once, for the most part. For someone that wins 10k they won 10x on previous gambles. You cannot compare this to trading where you're gonna win 40% of the time on average. Market is unpredictable, and you have several choices to make: you're either gonna trade aggressively and risk big to gain big, or be conservative and risk little to gain little. It's all about R/R. But the most realistic scenario is that if you're gonna trade with a good R/R you're gonna take a very long time to be wealthy with a normal account (1000k to 10000k account). This is the side that no one wants to talk about... yes trading is attractive, but if you're gonna trade like a "loser" you're gonna have an expectancy of few dollars per trade... yes, you heard me. Unless you trade with something like 100K accounts, but that's not for everyone. Expecting this comment to be deleted though, no one wants to hear the truth about trading.
