not just this scene, but the entire series was perfectly written, perfectly directed, and perfectly performed. so naturally they canceled it after only two years. . . . but my 2-season dvd set will live forever, lol.

It just got too expensive. But his next show Pushing Daisies share so many parallels to this show that I feel it was closer to what he envisioned for his stuff

It's profound that he curses "Him" and asks "Him" to say He's sorry. And the window shatters to reveal the open arms of Mary.

Dead like me was such a great show! Wish they had more episodes. This is one of my favourite scenes, and I especially love the song Nomah's land... Thanks for uploading it! =)

Daisy is changing. Every episode, she's more mature, more wise and more kind. If I compare her with episode she appeared for the first time - that time, she was spoiled brat, which could only brag about her sexual affairs. And now...she understands she lived shallow life and she can change at least in afterlife. And although I'm atheist, I can understand, that faith in God can help people to change.

My favorite episode of the series. Daisys reap reconciling with god, Mason showing maturity with helping his reap cross over. George learning the consequences of abusing her authority over others. And, as always....great humor tying the threads together

This scene it deals with an issue that millions of people deal with everywhere all over the world. It is good to see it on here and they chose a beautiful piece of music that blends with the scene perfectly. I love how they have that comic relief done by Daisy that brings it back to earth. Beautifully done!

I know it's stupid finding some sort of meaning on youtube, but this scene showed me something. God didn't make religion, but man did. Regardless of you being gay or transgendered , killing yourself, having premarital sex, or smoking weed; God still loves you. Maybe only the people who are ignorant or truly evil go to hell. I believe god sends everyone to heaven as long as you don't rape, murder or steal. God truly is love

One of the best, but short-lived series on television. Figures. It deals with the intricacies of life, and death. Who hasn't had moments like this, but without closure, or the very moving background music. Maybe our most important "God" moments are reserved for later so we can focus on our fellow human moments?

(I'm going to get killed for this on here I think.) This guy is not a very good actor. The directing, writing, editing, and Daisy's acting are all incredible. His acting is adequate. Thing that really takes it to the next level is the music. When I first watched this scene I remember specifically thinking 'Wow, this is great. How could they ever top this.' I'm not sure they did. As a straight man, I never had to go through any of that - and yet it still felt very profound. I agree with MusicGirl

@aoiyumi Meaning people have a tendency to over estimate others' emotional response, at least when it comes to acting. But in this case I have trouble believing him, without the other aspects of production helping him along. I really didn't think it was that hard to understand. - And I never said his acting was 'bad' but *fine* I think his acting is bad.

@futurestoryteller First you say that he isn't a very good actor and after that you say that his acting is adequate. So do you think his acting is bad or adequate?

@Gruenfuchs She's not very likable... at first. She develops into a much stronger, introspective person who was just very flawed. I think her finding God really did have something to do with her character.

God is to be found. We are given life. That's a gift. We can find God, for real not religion, if we really want to. Its possible for the Greater unknown to make itself known to us, but not many know the way to have the revealing of God occur in their lives, those who really want that to happen will have it happen if they read His words asking for it in Jesus name. Simple as that, for three weeks pray, read, ask for the Holy Spirit to reveal God, heaven, Christ and the Living Water to you.
