Beautiful. This gave me goosebumps. It's sad that so many artists that I grew up with are passing on lately. Makes me feel a little melancholy since I am also winding down my life and reflecting more on past experiences and loved ones. But that is the circle of life. Another lovely song on aging is "Old and Wise" by Alan Parsons Project.

Beautifully said Cindy..and I hope Biz does react to Old and Wise by Alan Parsons..my sister made me promise to play that at her funeral...and yes life is winding down now.✌️💞

Just remember, you're making the memories today that you'll be reflecting on later in life (God willing).

Dean Ford was the lead vocalist in Marmalade... This is such a wonderful version, recorded just months before he passed away.

It is a beautiful version and Dean Ford still has an amazing youthful voice but I still prefer the original with all the bells and whistles and the deep expressive soulful tone in his voice.

When the song first came out I was in about 4th or 5th grade and really love the song even though I didn't really understand what the words meant. I still love the song today but it always brings a tear to my eye. It is such a beautiful song
