I demonstrate how to make dehydrated miso soup for the backcountry.
I forgot to shoot footage of blanching the cabbage. Before dehydrating the cabbage I submerge it in boiling water for 1 minute.
The recipe for one person...
~50g of dehydrated udon noodles
handful of dried shiitake mushrooms
handful of dehydrated green onions
handful of dehydrated savoy cabbage
handful of dehydrated tofu
6-10 pieces of nori ~2"x2"
2 Tbs dehydrated Miso Paste
