Today we have a simple green salad - made from any available greens that you like!
Any greens contain a good portion of vitamins and minerals: vitamins A, B, C, PP, D, E, calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, iodine - something that will strengthen your immune system, increase the body's defenses, improve the condition of your skin, hair and nails.
We have leaf lettuce, sorrel, parsley, dill, green onions, cucumber and some mint leaves.
To make the sauce we will need sour cream, mustard, ground black pepper and salt and egg yolks,
we don't throw away the whites, we cut them into the salad.
Preparing the sauce:
3 tablespoons of sour cream,
1 teaspoon of mustard (as in the video),
Pepper, salt to taste,
2 egg yolks.
Knead the yolks with a fork, add the rest of the ingredients, mix, sauce is ready, so easy!
Cut the greens randomly, mix with the sauce, add sesame seeds and the salad is ready!
