Korean carrots are one of the simplest snacks and require a minimum of ingredients. Korean-style carrot salad or appetizer is prepared from chopped carrots, garlic, vinegar, vegetable oil and spices.
Initially, the dish was invented by Korean immigrants. Due to the shortage of food in Soviet stores (the lack of Peking or Chinese cabbage for cooking Kim Chi), they began to cook carrots in Korean.
Nowadays, Korean carrots are served in many restaurants, the appetizer is an excellent addition to many side dishes. Korean-style carrots cooked according to this recipe always turn out juicy, aromatic and very tasty, like Koreans on the market.
Ingredients:
1 kg. juicy carrots
1 tsp salt with a large slide
4 medium-sized cloves of garlic
1 tsp sugar with a big slide
1 tsp pepper mixtures (allspice and black)
1 tsp with a heap of ground coriander
0.5 tsp red hot ground pepper
0.5 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp basil
0.5 tsp mustard seeds
100 ml unscented sunflower oil
50 ml. 6% natural apple cider vinegar (or 1/3 teaspoon of vinegar essence)
2 pp. sesame
1 small onion
1/2 lemon
