Maki Sushi (Japanese Roll Sushi)
Hallo everyone.
Have you known Maki Sushi ?
This is one of sushi in Japan.
If you have sushi vinegar and fresh rice, you can make sushi easily.
Let’s cook together !!
Ingredients
・500g fresh rice
・45cc sushi vinegar
・1 cucumber
・6 crab sticks
・2 eggs
・A little salt
・100g canned tuna
・15g mayonnaise
・3 sheet sushi nori
Recipe
・Make sushi rice.
Mix fresh rice and sushi vinegar while fanning with a fan.
Then cool them.
・Cut the cucumber.
・Make tamagoyaki.
Crack the eggs and add salt. Mix well.
Oil into heated the pan, then cook the eggs.
Cut tamagoyaki.
・Make tunamayo.
Remove the canned tuna oil, them add mayonnaise, mix well.
・Remove film from crab sticks.
・Place the nori on Makisu.
Then place sushi rice on the nori.
・Put cucumber, tamagoyaki, crab stick and tunamayo on sushi rice.
Roll them.
・Cut the roll sushi into about 2 cm width.
・Serve on a plate.
