It took the better part of a decade but the truth is finally out for all to see Wilder and Fury have done so much damage to the heavyweight division that is only now being rectified Champions like Usyk and AJ were / are actually about fighting the best Fury wanted to con and manipulate his way into history and same with Wilder but mostly through his team rather than himself
@kingkongsson1

Lol wilder n fury fought for one title so didn't hold up anything, secondly those three fights with the punishment they both took, especially wilder has finished him ,aged him n shot as a fighter ever since, fury has been on his way out ever since too . Both changed n aged . You can't continually take punishment like that n carry on like nothing happened. In fact fury showed the way to beat wilder, put him on his back foot and put him under pressure, exactly like Parker n zhang did except wider is already a spent force on top of that. Hate both all you want but the trilogy was great to watch

This was when wilder n fury were fighting themselves . You can have an opinion on who's ducking who but behind the scenes noone really knows the score as boxing is so corrupt which includes eddie hearn n frank Warren. A.j has had plenty of chances n probably get one again v ddd for the ibf . @@kingkongsson1 of course I’d prefer that both rematches didn’t happen and rather just see Ruiz v Wilder / Usyk v Fury earlier, but the evidence is clear to see, Wilder turned down 100 million dollars directly from DAZN, that’s one of the biggest and most blatant ducks I’ve ever seen, and Fury was offered to fight AJ when he returned, and he dragged his heels in negotiations and fought absolute jokes of opponents. Bob Arum the actual lawyer would have known the arbitration would have been an issue yet they pretended it was fine. What I prioritise is seeing unidisputed. Wilder's right hand was EVERYTHING to him. It was what took him to the top, made him a champion, made him famous, and got him more money than he could've possibly imagined. It's fair to say his right hand was the only thing in this world he knew he could rely on beyond a shadow of a doubt and imo it was a huge part of his identity but When Fury got up after that crazy knockdown in their first fight that's when Wilder started to show doubt in that right hand. Suddenly for the 2nd Fury fight he came in at a career high which was peculiar to me for someone who was so adamant about his power being the ultimate X factor but nobody really noticed that maybe he gained weight because doubt had started to creep into his mind and he wasn't so sure of his most trusted physical attribute anymore. And the only way to get rid of that doubt was to knock Fury out but when he lost that fight u could really see how he spiraled into a state of madness. It was like the 5 stages of grief because for the first time his power failed him and his ego was shattered.💯 By the 3rd fight with Fury he was already a changed man who was desperately needing to knock Fury out to get any semblance of his former sense of self back but when he couldn't do it he completely lost faith in himself. Unfortunately, the Wilder we see now is a man without an identity, thats why u see him trying to box on the backfoot and being so tentative. The man who punched with bad intentions is not there anymore and there's absolutely no conviction in his punches anymore. 💯 With that said, Boxing is 75% mental and if a fighter suffers a psychological injury it could have noticeable effects on their performance. Seems like that is what happened in Wilder's case 💯 🥊

You were a bit late to the party with this analysis, but you did manage to cover some intriguing points. Let me tell you, I received a lot of criticism when I confidently predicting that Bang Zhang would knock out Wilder instead 10 rounds!😲💥 This was particularly evident considering the difference in weight discrepancy and Wilder's apparent lack of hunger, fighting spirit and passion for the sport of boxing. It seems like he has lost his conviction and spark. Contrary to what you believe Hatman, Wilder doesn't harbor any hatred towards Eddie Hearn; ironically it’s Wilder that hates Wilder! It's actually a deep self-loathing that he carries within himself. Until he rediscovers his fire, self-worth and reignites his love for boxing, it will continue to have a detrimental effect on him. Sadly, I don't think he will retire just yet- moreover, he can sack his whole team if he wants, and fix his personal issues with his brother and significant others- the problem will still remain… Wilder’s excessive ego and stubbornness are his own downfall. ⬇️📈

You have a good point on him signing to Eddie. It looked like a desperate move from wilder, he was defeated as soon as he ✍🏽

Just one more big payday, is all. He bonused that one, already got a big bag from Parker. Someone offers him another? Of course he took it. His chances of winning vs Zhang were always tiny. But hey, now he lives purely off the interest of his eight figure bank account.

Today’s era of Boxing Fans are quick to want a Boxer to Retire after one Loss. Joe Joyce got Stopped once by Zhang & people wanted him to Retire also. We have to admit Zhang is a Real Power Pucher & he comes in 300 pounds fight night. Every fighter Zhang touches goes down. I think Wilder should fight Whyte or the Winner of Joyce/Chisora if he losses those fights than he should Retire

he arguably lost to fury 3 times, then parker, then zhang. 1 win in his last 5 fights. this is the 3rd time hes been brutally knocked out in his last 5 fights and the guys nearly 40. its not just 1 loss, the guys checked out mentally and physically.

Hatmans’s pivot to the metaphysical has been fascinating. Quite enjoyed this and the video talking about ‘bad omens’ going into the Fury fight. Clearly well read in matters beyond our realm/comprehension. Would love this style of video more

Deontay Wilder is the Boxing version of Y E Cayote from the Road runner cartoon they both have skinny legs and keep going back to the Drawing Board 🤣🤣🤣

Agreed. If he wants to continue, I actually wouldn’t mind him vs okolie. He ABSOLUTELY needs to get rid of Malik and jay deas if he wants to do anything other than fighting bin men

Malik Scott has been making a good retirement fund from Wilder!All Wilder needed to do was add body shots and inside fighting to his game! Wilder can still keep on fighting by choosing next 3 fights carefully to build his confidence!He should get a better trainer and he can still enjoy his career!
