My attempts at reversing male pattern baldness have led me to dermarolling, what I now learn is one of the "Big 3" for dealing with hair loss.
My protocol was decided on having reviewed all the comments on my other hair regrowth videos and seeing which has the most promising research.
I've used both a 0.5mm dermaroller and a 1mm, the latter is supposed to be better for stimulating new growth by hitting stem cells, while the 0.5mm is said to be more of a hair maintenance product.
I visited the subreddit tressless which has helped me design my latest protocol, which includes topical oils, dermarolling, nizoral shampoo, saw palmetto and exercises to improve circulation. It is a very slow process with 90 days often quoted as the time in which you might see results. Personally I've been doing these experiments for almost 2 years and I feel like there's a fix somewhere.
