Level: Lunar Outpost
Difficulty: Hotshot
Prepare for Descent! The game was originally started after Parallax Software was founded in 1993 by Matt Toschlog and Mike Kulas. It was intended to take place in space stations rather then the mines. It was supposed to be distributed by Apogee Software, but Apogee passed it to Interplay which became a distributor.
Released in 1994 as shareware, the game had 7 levels, but the retail version had 27 and 3 secret levels after the retail version came out. At the beginning of the game, it had no cutscenes, all just text briefings except it had a cutscene in the PlayStation version.
At this level, there were few bots like Class 1 and Class 2 drones and a Small Hulk and with only couple of hostages.
If you would like to color, transparent and debris effects to accompany of a game copy of Descent, here's a link:

This is little important. You must own a copy of Descent to use the utility. Copy your game files into the same folder that you create and extract from the D1X-Rebirth archive. The game should be working fine as it is.
Any other problems with the D1X and D2X-Rebirth that you experienced, consult or contact the websites's forums. Please do not ask me. I had no problems D1X-Rebirth myself, since if there any problems with any queries you have or problems you come across is best left to the experts on the websites's forums rather then me.
