Rugra/puttu (रुगरा/देशी मशरूम) 1/2kg
mustard oil (सरसों तेल) 4tbsp
cumin seeds (जीरा) 1/4tsp
bay leaf (तेज़ पत्ता) 1
onion ( प्याज) 3
ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) 2tsp
turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) 1/2tsp
red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1tsp
dhania powder (धनिया पाउडर) 1/2tsp
tomato (टमाटर) 2
salt to taste ( नमक स्वादानुसार)
red chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च)2
garlic pods (लहसुन की कलियां) 4-5
green chilli (हरी मिर्च)2
desi ghee (देसी घी) 1tsp
garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) 1tbsp.....
