I used the principle of 75 hard challenge and designed my own 100 day challenge. My goal was not to lose weight as such, it was to flatten that mama pouch and develop other habits specific to my goals like reading, healthy eating, staying hydrated and being spiritually connected. That's why I believe you should design your own 75 hard/soft challenge because everyone's life and schedules and goals are absolutely different.
Dont set yourself up for failure.... Start so you can finish.
