Fry the meat in a hot air oven at 170 degrees C for 25 minutes, then at 200 degrees C for 1 minute.
I wrote the recipe for a Cosori hot air oven, it may change for other types of hot air ovens, but it can be considered a guideline! It is worth letting the finished meat rest under foil for a few minutes after finishing cooking, or put it back in the basket itself (2-3 minutes).
