These songs are from a 10" 78rpm acetate, most likely recorded in the late 1950s or early 1960s (maybe after the success of "Monster Mash") on the Gold Star Studio label. The only other clue to the origin of the record is a a note written in pencil on the label which says "c/o Jimmie Haskell PO67161." Jimmie Haskell was a famous music composer/arranger and the number was a phone number in Studio City, CA.
