Wow! I just wanna say thank you. I have big problems with digestion. I have never learned so much about my body in such a short time. I've never been so aware of what you do to your body with an eating disorder. I have never understood how to help the body heal. I am so thankful that I found your video. Im struggling in this part of recovery. Since gaining weight my digestion has actually become worse and I'm not having regular BM. Its so tempting to just go back to what I'm used to as my body appears to react better when eating less.... makes no sense. My thoughts are more food going in, more comes out!!! Its so uncomfortable .... Its so hard as I am in Quasi recovery in a non typical anorexia body so It terrifies me. Any advice would be so appreciated? xxxx

Hello Liv, I have been recovering from anorexia for almost 2 years, I am eating everything as you say but I feel that my body does not adapt and the symptoms of IBS persist (gas, stomach pain and etc) Not getting changes gives me the stress of restricting certain foods that make me sick again.Please, do I have to wait longer? The symptoms I have scare me a lot.

Hi, as I explain in my course, there's more to it than just eating! If you are in a very anxious and stressed state (which you are as you imply to be very scared) you will experience digestive distress as your body remains in fight or flight mode!
