Abstract:
Dihedral angle measurements represent an important complement to distance-based structural data in solid-state NMR studies of (bio)molecular structure. In this tutorial I will discuss the role of angular restraints in ssNMR structure analysis, historical and recent case studies, and the underlying principles of representative approaches.
