If you feel the need to catch it up, then perhaps do a slight increase in pragmatism to condense more time span into each episode. But I do enjoy regardless of what the delay is. Many sailing channels also have several months delay as well. It gives more continuity if they take a month off sailing and such.

So much to choose ... My first ever black stingray, beautiful! Rob: the green thing you mentioned -- with apparent tendrils in it's maw -- might very well have been a carnivorous pitcher plant. Ivan's soliloquy! Without an ounce of sarcasm, I place it alongside Hamlet and Molly Bloom. Okay: exageration, yes; sarcasm, never. Toward your question to us, may I make a modest proposal, swiftly? Bring us closer to date with included flashbacks of unseen footage. Lastly, sorry for my Thursday/Friday confusion yesterday. I thought I was early. Or, I was late. (That's what she said, nervously). All best, Daniel Wardin.

Hi Daniel, from the side the green thing looked like it had been ripped out of someone's chest it resembled a heart with the vena cava and aorta cut short. We've never seen anything like it since. Thank you Michael. No we have no control over what adverts YT play. We do have Lord Howe on our list one day though it won't be this year. Thanks for your time!

@@TheCruisingKiwis Ah, maybe that's something we, as viewers, can get involved in? In answer to your query about catching up; how about splitting the content? Could you, say, release the old stuff on a Tuesday and the newer footage on a Weds? Please accept my thanks for posting such wonderful footage? Yours, Zatara's, Wynn's, Sailing Family, and Vagabonde have all helped me get through a really tricky time with depression. You and your colleagues are living the dream, but by posting such great content, it gives us landlubbers a real taste of what is out there. Thank you.

Well I know that you are currently (and have been for a while) with Zatara and Sunrise because, in their videos, you are sometime featured or mentioned (e.g. on Sunrise's latest one). So it's a bit odd that your vlogs are from a while ago yet their's are recent. However, at the end of the day, these vlogs will serve as precious memories for your whole family and so it would be a shame for you if you had skipped forward and missed things out just to catch up with real time.

Thank you Joanna. Because we are cropping up in WA Australia in Zatara and Sunrise vlogs then hopping back to the east coast for our own vlogs is our concern. Rachel needed a break last year (just as covid hit) which is why we have fallen behind. We have some lovely moments that we'd we'd like to share but just wanted to see how our audience felt.

@@TheCruisingKiwis I'm not sure if you follow growingupwithoutborders but, when they got unexpectedly stuck in NZ, their vlog release changed. At that time, they were posting about 4 months past real time. When they started touring NZ, they put a halt on posting their past trips and instead released up to date vlogs from NZ which was good. Eventually they started filling in the gap by posting vlogs from the missing months (pre their NZ time) interspersed with real time vlogs from NZ.

@@joannadevereux7714 Thanks Joanna, I will have to go and watch that channel. What you they have done is the very thing we were thinking of doing.

@@TheCruisingKiwis it's a bit confusing when you first look but, when you know that they are posting recent NZ vlogs & live videos from NZ mixed with vlogs from trips done before they got to NZ in March 2020, it makes better sense 🤣

@@joannadevereux7714 I'll see how it works and consider how we can do something similar. Much of the feedback seems to be the status quo yet a balance between the two might work.
