I absolutely love this soap! I did want it to be a little bit thicker, closer to a gel, like regular Dawn soap, so I added a tablespoon of table salt to the hot water and dissolved that before adding it to the castile soap mixture. Once the mixture cools, it has a thicker consistency.

Pour baking soda on to a large tray and spread it out evenly. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes to 1 hour. ... Remove the tray from the oven, allow the washing soda to cool. ... Store in a tightly sealed container to keep it from picking up moisture again from the air.

Hi Thank you for sharing this video, I thoroughly enjoy watching it. I’m wondering can this dish soap be used in a Dishwasher as well or No? Sending Hearts, Hugs, Health & Happiness from Australia 🇦🇺

To be safe, I would not suggest using in a dishwasher. I would never put dish soap in a dishwasher because I hear it makes a mess. Also since I don't have a dishwasher I couldn't really tell you for certain what it would do.

Did you know by baking your baking soda that will change it to "washing soda?"
