Hello Friend. Your project was very interesting but from what I know about audio components, I had some doubts. First: I think it is not recommended to associate sound components (woofer + tweeters) with different impedances. The woofers have 4 ohms each and the tweeters have 6 ohms. What do you think about it?! Second: Your amplifier module has a minimum impedance of 8 ohms, and if you use components with an impedance lower than this, you will risk burning your amplifier because it will be forced to deliver more power than what was designed. The rule I know is: the minimum impedance of the amplifier must always be equal to or less than the minimum impedance of the speaker set. Third: Do you have the link from where you purchased that white vibration-absorbing foam? I do not know the name of this material. Fourth: Do you have the wiring diagram? Congratulations on the project !! It's very cool. If you can consider these points I mentioned will be of great help, because we will exchange knowledge and help me in a project similar to yours that I want to do. Big hug friend!!
@DonnyTerek
7 жыл бұрын
Hi! I have also heard about this but so far the speaker works great and the amplifier doesn't seem to have any issues delivering the power to the speakers. Unfortunately I do not have a link for the white foam padding, I salvaged it from an old set of speakers. Yes, I do have a wiring diagram, you can check my Instructables page in the video description ;) Thank you once again and good luck to you!

Now that I have seen that in your instructions you have provided two links to amplified boards, one from amazon and one from banggod, and they seem to be a bit different. So, Could you to confirm which is exactly the amplifier module you used, as well as the bluetooth module and the speakers? :)) According on your connection scheme that has the components and their images, some of them are different compared to the actual image of the purchase links of the product you provided. Especially the bluetooth module which in the connection diagram shows the connection location of the isolated conversor, the p2 auxiliary connection, the connection that goes to the amplifier module, the led and the button on and off. If you could put a little zoom in on these connections points and say me the exact model of the bluetooth and the amplifier, as well as the brand and model of the speakers, it would be extremely helpfull !!! Thanks a lot. ;)
@DonnyTerek
7 жыл бұрын
Hi! Since I was unable to find the same exact amplifier board in Amazon and Banggood, I have placed a link of a similar amplifier module that will work just fine. Also, as I have mentioned in my Instructable, I was unable to place a link of the same exact speaker drivers that I have used because I have salvaged the speakers from an old set of Creative Inspire P5800. But the bluetooth module is the same exact one as in the links. I simply removed the plastic housing, exposing the bare module. As you can see in the video, I soldered the leads from the auxiliary port, the on off button and the led of the bluetooth module. I hope this helped, good luck!

Hey nice work and thanks for sharing. I have one problem with bluetooth speaker that I made. When I turn volume all the way up, suddenly everything drops out, just like loosing power. Do you have such experience and did you use large capacitor to prevent this problem? I tried 1000uF and I did not success to prevent droping at high volumes :) All the best ...

That's sound cool ! Vynil and carbon is a great idea ! However, I believe your video is a bit long, some plans could been shortened or accelerated without decrease the understanding, but that would allow a better fluidity ! (in my opinion) Furthermore, i'm not sure it's a very good idea to put aluminium on the back of the battery controller ! ... (Even if it is covered with paint)

Hi! Thank you so much for watching! I agree with you, that the video is quite too long. I tried fast forwarding it as much as I could without skipping valuable content, but it seems that there is simply too much to show! Thank you for noticing that! I haven't even thought about that.
