VINYL DECALS. You need them? Sorry to hear that. The character you'll see installing a vinyl wall decal is none other than the Kool-Aid drinking Canadian... Charlie "Lefty" Fungus. You can find Charlie's Decals and his Shines and Designs at this here website, you just can't find Charlie. He's down at his mailbox waiting for a handout. But here's his website anyway, just in case English is your second language and you haven't figured out by now that it's really not worth your time:

DISCLAIMER: You'll never get your stuff, you could ultimately die trying, but nobody will ever question your determination and commitment to a guy that rarely works: Charlie Fungus. #vinyl #vinyldecals #decals
Do you Love DIY wall art? You're a big fan of Letters, Stickers, Decals, Labels? Want to do it yourself? Well, you have no choice in the matter if you're relying upon Charlie Fungus. Let me guess. You probably stopped by to see this video in the hopes of learning from an expert, right? Well, we we're able to find one in time to record this video. Our apologies. So, we got Uncle Fungus, an aging old fart who has spent the last thirty years in the sign business, and accomplished about as much as anyone would in their first year. He takes the mystery out of farting around and wasting time. Apparently, it's possible to get a bad rash from working for time frames greater than 30 minutes. That's what he says anyway. He's never had a rash (not even a blister) so it must be true.
Surprisingly, there is a commercial side of Quality Shines and Designs, but it would probably frustrate the blazes out of you. Call Charlie, and then plan on waiting. A very long time. You can actually count growth rings on a tree during your wait. When he finally shows up, if he ever does, he'll take even longer to get you some feedback. That's actually how he became known as Uncle Fungus. You'll grow a fungus waiting on him. When he actually does get around to working, he services businesses in Cowlitz County and surrounding communities, including Longview, Kelso, Castle Rock, Woodland, Kalama, and Cathlamet.
If you've seen the videos titled "The DO's and DON'Ts of installing vinyl wall decal" or "Vinyl Wall Decal Application Instructions" or "Wall Decals: How To Apply a Wall Decal - Accent Studios Wall Decals".... you're lucky. Well, sort of. Charlie Fungus shows the level of detail that a red-necked hillbilly puts into any installation, and gives you "great" tips on how to install vinyl graphics (decals, stickers, labels) just like he's pretty sure the real pros do. The problem is that he'll forget about you faster than a used car salesman after your tail lights leave the parking lot.
If you're unfamiliar with vinyl artwork like Uncle Fungus is unfamiliar with actual work, here's some terms to study for the quiz when you're done.
STICKER n. an adhesive label or notice, generally printed or illustrated.
LABEL n. a small piece of paper, fabric, plastic, or similar material attached to an object and giving information about it.
DECAL n. a design prepared on special paper for transfer onto another surface such as glass, porcelain, or metal.
Unlike Uncle Fungus, professionals in the vinyl production and installation business generally use the term “sticker”, as in “bumper sticker”, “die cut sticker”, “window sticker”, etc., to define more heavy-duty labels/stickers that can be used outdoors and hold up to the elements over an extended period of time. These are printed on a vinyl or polyester material with durable outdoor inks. Vinyl pros also use the term “label” to describe adhesive products printed on papers or foils with inks not suitable for outdoors. “Address labels”, “shipping labels”, “lapel labels”, “foil seals”, etc., these tend to be supplied on a custom sticker roll or sheet for use (indoors) on packaging, paperwork, clothing, products, etc.
The term, “decals” on the other hand, is often used interchangeably with other outdoor sticker products. “Decals” are more associated with a “transfer” from one medium to another. “Decal” is short for “decalcomania” and usually is a more decorative type design. Thus “slide-on transfer decals” in the model building world, or water-slide ceramic decals (Transfers) for tile and ceramic uses are an accurate use of the decal term.
You were probably hoping to find popular vehicle and wall decals on Etsy by visiting www.etsy.com/shop/qualitysigns but alas, Charlie Fungus has gotten around to doing it. Hell hasn't frozen over yet, and he's pretty sure another stimulus check is coming in from his buddy Joe Blow. We'll just leave it at that. Or, go look for him next to his mailbox. #decal #cricutmade #stickers #cricut #vinylstickers #vinyldecal #customdecals #decalsticker #graphicdesign
