Speaking of DNA, only 1.5% of our entire genome are coding genes which makes for about 30000 genes in total. Despite Methionine being the first amino acid to be translated, eventually it gets cleaved by methionine aminopeptidase as a part of post translational modification. Great details mentioned Medicosis 👍

sorry but your slides are way too colorful, i don't understand one thing. i had hoped you would go more into the biochemistry of it, like how a NTP binds to its complementary pair and gets broken down into a NMP + PPi (which is where the polymerisation gets its energy from)
