What I hate the most is all of that "of course it's safe to use, it's natural". No Honey, essential oils or not that great thing you can use in your skin willy nilly without any risk Look at the ingredients of your product and if you don't understand what it means, it's not because it's bad for you, it's just because you probably don't have a degree in chemistry and you have to put the extra effort into looking it up and how it reacts with the body... And yes even if it's "natural" look up why it's used, how it's used and how it works

Hey! I know this is an old video but actually fenugreek is really great for your hair! I would rather use ground seeds, pour hot water over them and use them immediately after they cool down. Fenugreek inhibits hair loss, makes the hair less greasy and, if massaged into the scalp, can speed up hair growth. Despite the smell, which resembles broth/chicken soup, it really effective and cheap :)
@matthewzaloudek

How do you know this? You are just saying, "no, Fenugreek actually works," with no justification or source for that info. Also, what does making hair less greasy mean? You know what else makes hair less greasy? Water. Or shampoo.

I love what you said about chemicals being in everything. It's funny, because their natural remedies are also made out of chemicals. What they're really talking about is that which is manufactured in a lab vs what's found in nature, but they make themselves sound stupid by not differentiating that and just saying "chemicals"!

these videos are so predatory and annoying. this (made up) person narrating the video said ‘my pathetically thin hair’ implying that having thin hair is some horrible awful thing! having naturally thin hair is totally fine and normal. hair thinning with age is also fine and normal! as long as you don’t have any underlying condition that you need to treat, i don’t think there’s any reason to try to ‘fix’ thin hair. a lot of haircuts especially ones with lots of texture and layers actually look really great on thinner hair and it’s easier to style it when it’s thinner! there are a lot of pluses to having thinner hair, and there are always ways to add volume with product and the right hair cut!

With just glancing at this quickly, it seems like a similar situation to the pea sprout extract study we discussed in my most recent video. It’s another case where the study was conducted by a company studying their own product they’re trying to sell, and participants were experiencing telegenic effluvium, which corrects itself once the trigger goes away. If you look closely beyond the rosy picture painted in the abstract and conclusions, the study says, “Differences over the time were not statistically significant.” The pea sprout extract example I mentioned is at 15:26 kzitem.info/news/bejne/xoRtuWWFs4qnl2k
