If you want bigger triceps from home, all you need to do is perform this workout 2x a week! The workout requires only a pair of dumbbells (as well as some serious grit) and can be done with no gym. This home dumbbell workout will take you through 6 exercises for 35 seconds each. Can you complete 3 rounds? Repeat the workout 2x a week for max results (give 48hrs between each workout).
I used a pair of 20lb dumbbells while filming and my Triceps were TORCHED. In fact, I tried using a pair of 25lb dumbbells to film a couple days before and actually couldn't finish the workout.
