Finally an exercise that helps without that horrendous dead bug ! I’ve been looking for core exercises that don’t make it impossible when overweight and don’t wake up school gym trauma. Thank you !
We do this in yoga. Right arm up and left leg up, helps your balance too. Then do Left arm up and right leg up.

My fitness routine is now every those moves he ever shown to do daily. Worth it and easier than actually fitness plans. Some i do bed when wake up & before sleep. Then i might do when cooking or cleaning even when watch tv. Some of moves its easy to slip into day and voila now you have exercise routine without stressing it when have time to do it ❤

I take screenshot of the key points, and also Share it to myself via email, then file it under exercise….. then I always have access to it, but then I forget and never do them! 😂 But they’re all there, for when I get serious. This one would be a good one to do daily, so it becomes a habit, then at another exercise to it.

Sending this to my daughter after her truck accident. Her physical therapists are having her lay on her back and extend her leg in circles. That is way too much stress on her damaged lower back. She calls me crying in pain saying she can't walk afterwards. I said tell them no and to look at your exrays and the weaknesses. This is perfect support by tummy tight and only arm weight not the whole freaking leg. What are those physical therapist thinking. Honestly! Even I am more aware as a mom who had a car accident myself in my 30's then those children playing with the body of my grown child. Really chips my cookie monster inside lol. 🌹
