I absolutely agree with you Scott. I just can’t stand the non stop talking, counting, and the anatomy class all wrapped up in one! I think this video is excellent as well as the workout but, the title is misleading. It isn’t one exercise a day but several exercises per day. It’s not the same thing!

I know you probably get messages like this every day but I have to say thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing!! You have changed so many peoples lifes and LITERALLY saved mine. Tips for beginners. This workout is intense, but it targets the abdominal muscles very well (?). If you never worked out before or isn't active in working out, your abs are not strong enough to perfectly execute these exercises, such as: > You may find yourself arching your back. Do not arch your back or you will hurt your spine. To counter this, don't lower your legs too low and keep them at a level where you can maintain proper posture. > Your legs should have a slight bend, but pulling your hamstrings just a little (when extended). > When you're really exhausted and you can't hold it anymore, take a rest. It's okay to have a short rest. If you find yourself unable to hold your legs, (the lever which the abs will hold) it's best to search for hip and leg muscle strengthening videos. It doesn't only improve your posture, but it also promotes better muscle contraction and relaxation. *Please do consult a specialist for more details!!* My suggestions: :: Athlean-x (Their videos are so science-based and informative it even kills your gains! ) :: Chloe Ting (Mainly upper body training and HIIT programs. Even the most formidable foes can't finish her summer shred program!) :: Calisthenics movement (One punch man but with blue shorts, calisthenics and informative videos! ) :: April Han (Posture correction and body toning, very beginner-friendly. Offers alot of advices and encouragement, makes you happy :D) :: Back guy (He hav smol back. That's it.) (No actually he makes funny vi-- Other nice suggestions by the folks: :: NEXT workout :: Jeff Nippard :: Greg Doucette One last tip: Your body works as a whole. Train other muscles too! Maybe another tip: Creating a toned body takes time! No matter how hard the exercise is, if you can't do it properly, it won't contribute to anything!! Nov 2022: Rest is when the cells regenerate. @@mrrobotgaming1493 I suggest you to find more beginner friendly programs or do some research to help in effectively working your muscles. If you have posture problems, it's best to work on correcting your posture first before trying to gain a toned body because it may cause extensive injuries when doing certain exercises in a wrong position / with weak muscles. If you solely want to burn fat and lose weight, I suggest you to try out HIIT exercises. Note that I'm no expert in this field, so if you have any joint or health problems, please do consult a specialist before carrying out the routine. All in all, good luck on your fitness journey!! :D

@@raphaelmarciano4191 No not really I just did this every 2 days post-workout. I also ate less often throughout the day. Then after a month and a half I saw my core strength drastically improve. Flutter kicks became super easy, I started practicing L-Sits and yea that's really it. The main thing is doing the core exercises correctly and slowly. Form is key.

Also wanted to say that I had was mildly skinny, the thing is everyone has abs ( it all depends on your genetics for how the abs look like. They can be unevenly lined, different shapes, and can have a 4/6/8 or even a 10 layout), but there is layer of fat that covers the abdominal muscles. So like I said: I ate less and went on a calorie deficit even though I was kinda skinny and they started showing. Then as you train them they get bigger and pop out. Sometimes even through a layer of muscle. To see your abs, not only do you do a workout, but you MUST have a calorie deficit or a weight goal or it will take very long for them to show. This is stupid, you can do this routine for 30 years straight daily and never see abs. You need to get down to 15% body fat or lower to start seeing you abs and you wouldn't ever need to do a single ab exercise. Not to say that its pointless, but do not expect to do this routine and get them with a shit diet. I'm sure I'll get a ton of downvotes for this but you guys need to hear this. Abs are 80% (maybe even 90%) made in the kitchen. And like any other muscle, if you want them to pop more, you have to train them close to failure, preferably in a way that lets you add resistance to the exercise so that you don't have to do 100 reps to get near failure. Don't bother with anymore than 20ish weekly sets either. Split it up into 2 sessions per week, 2 exercises and 4 sets each training very close to failure.

You can still eat the food you like, just make sure not to overeat it and to work out to where you burn more calories than take in. You can do it! Just start off doing short exercises and work your way up. :)

Bueno.... ira deja te explico para tener un abdomen trabajado el ejercicio queda en segundo plano, para un abdomen trabajado juega mucho la alimentación. Como consejo crea un déficit calorico eso te permitirá que el ejercicio se note. Porque sino es una perdida de tiempo

*For those who are struggling* You need to find out your body fat percentage first and in order to see your abs you need to be around 12% (Men) and 18% ( Women) however some people will say that I'm over 12% but still my abs are visible some will say I'm under 12% but they aren't visible the answer is genetics and abs training. *How to get there? My answer is by losing body fat 0.5% -1% is ideal... And in order to do that you need to create calorie deficit and remember slow and steady wins the race. I hope you'll find it useful and i had to say a lot but I can't say everything here.* Ps: There's no magik then you can get abs in one week or one day... It's depends on your body fat percentage that how much time you'll need to get there

To all you new guys watching this is NOT the best way to get showing abs if you have a higher body fat precentage and the only thing you went is showing abs you need a lower body fat procentage, and this workout will give you strong abs ofc but if you actually wanna get BIG abs you need to traing withing 7-15 reps (to muscular failiure ofc) you need to put stress on your abs

It's been 2 week now with this routine and yes the result is far better and faster than 30 min workout....this 5 min workout is best to get abs in 30 days.....great work man keep it up 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Just wanna say that I've been doing this video almost daily for several months after some sort of sports workout for the day, and this is a great workout. My abs have made a really nice change. This obviously isn't a workout to make killer abs, but this makes them look really good and be of great strength. A great diet also ups these two factors as well. Would recommend this workout to anybody. 👍

Estos influencers se inventan una rutina cualquiera al momento solo para subir contenido, conseguir visitas y para que la gente ignorante del tema piense que aplicando estos ejercicios va a conseguir los mismos resultados que el Y la realidad es que ninguna rutina que tienen en sus vídeos las aplican a su entrenamiento porque saben que sin una progresión y equipo adecuado esto es una perdida de tiempo Además de que probablemente el tipo use esteroides anabolicos, es un haz bajo la manga, ya que la gente toma como sabiduría una persona con un buen físico

Well still on it. Had one day off here and there can't notice much change as yet I assume its happening and need to loose excess body fat... part of a dumbell and jogging routine as well. Be careful of form. Some of these in bad form lead to a couple days pain trust me lol.

@@haydensimper92 Don't forget your protein intake on ab days as well boss. Abs are a muscle just like the chest, bicep, tricep, ect.. They need protein just as much. 1 gram per lb of body weight

that's the body definition im going for but I feel I did too much damage in my teens and twenty's being overweight. I was 260 lbs got down to 130 my lowest from trail running up and down mountains and now maintaining at 140 but I have loose skin and stretchmarks now so I don't know if I can get totally toned like you ever but I'm trying lol anyways right on dude very impressive hard work put in it shows.

loose skin can be dealth with with surgeries, and stretchmarks, though usually not a big concern for dudes, can be dealt with with laser operations at aesthetic medicine facilities. Obviously not cheap, and not a pleasant physical experience though.

Starting a challenge aiming for about 30 days: Background information: I used to train abs a lot. Ive stopped training abs for a while but am now returning to it because of the summer. My stomach is really flat and you can definetly see some vague abs but definetly not as defined as id like them to be. Day 1: It was harder than I expected and burnt like hell in my abs but I pulled trough and managed to do all the exercises correctly. Day 2: I definetly noticed a little soreness in my abs meaning that its doing its job. Today it went a little bit easier but it still burnt especially at the hold one. Day 3: Yesterday I made before pictures to track progress and eventually ill review this workout. I had my covid shot yesterday so i was quite sick and sore but as soon as i felt a little better.i hopped into the training. the amount of soreness made this just that much harder but it truly felt good. Day 4: The soreness is gone and it was a nice workout. Day 5: No soreness in the morning, think my body is adjusting to the exercises (in my opinion a drawback to no weight ab workouts you do everyday). do definetly feel a slight burn after the exercise tho. I havent documented quite some days since Im on vacation and the wifi is terrible but I have still been following this program. The exercise got easier but never too easy. Soreness was rarely there. Will go on to document more days soon! (If requested I can also restart to fill up the missing days) Day 17: will write sunday.

I do something simmilar, and it is effective. Although, my workour has more exercisses with short brakes in between, and each round (3 days workout and 1 day off) the duration of each exercise is increased by 5 seconds. No six pack yet, but you will feel a lot stronger.

I repeat this video twice and proceed with 100 pushups + sit ups. It's been about 4-5 months, and there are significant positive changes. 4 days, 1 break, and repeat is the most efficient for me. I thought that ''your diet is more important'' was drivel, but it is 100% true, so if anybody wants to go ahead with this sort of stuff, make sure you have a well-balanced diet (or just eat a lot of eggs and pray).

Btw to anybody watching he is saying GET ABS not lose fat doing this doesn’t make you lose fat will it does but it doesn’t necessarily make you lose fat in the abs territory it will make you lose fat in general to lose fat you should put yourself in calorie deficit and your abs will start to show but getting stronger abs is by training it and we train it so we could have it be more defined it’s just a muscle at the end of the day like your biceps triceps bench etc... so yeah abs are made in the kitchen and btw im no expert if anybody has anything to add up or correct me on feel free
