Super informative! Great work and very helpful in summarising each natural therapy and it’s actual effectiveness as It can be very easy to fall for the hype of anecdotal and one-off cases on forums!

Do you believe it would benefit someone with male-pattern baldness to take these natural supplements in addition to pharmaceuticals, or would it be superfluous and a waste of money?

Your hair looks great. Why use minoxidil? Looks like you started finasteride early

Great video ! I tried the " natural route " for years and during that time I went from Norwood 2 to Norwood 3.5.... I really stopped my hairloss since I started finasteride 14 months ago ! (Had a hairtransplant as well) . But my point (for anyone reading this message is) : Please guys : just get on finasteride ! Don't make the same mistake as I did ! The natural route doesn't really help ... it does slow it down but barely... you will go bald in no time ! Just get on finasteride and minoxidil and move on with your life and forget about the slaphead curse 😉

Glad to see that people spreading the good stuff (that’s one is in English cuz people need to understand). Nature won’t do a shit for your AGA. GET ON FINASTERIDE ASAP.

Agreed! Finasteride is ideal! My mom bought me saw palmetto when i was younger but i never gave it a try. Maybe it would have helped a bit. Otherwise, happy to have started fin!

Do you apply minoxidil once or twice a day? I apply it once/day
@exactly1176

I've been using topical minoxidil for 11 years . And I can confirm you that once a day is enough ! I've tried many time to go for the twice a day application during those 11 years and I saw no difference whatsoever. Just use minoxidil once a day ! (Easier and just as effective). 👍. Edit : don't forget to get on finasteride as well cause minoxidil by itself won't stop your hairloss long term. DHT has to be blocked as well.

Just for clarification monoxidal doesn't protect your hair from dhd or Miniaturization. What minoxidal does is provide more blood flow and increases the time that hairs are in the growth phase. this is good, but overall will not long-term prevent you from going bald. Lots of love brother

Would mixing brewed coffe powder the one u find at a supermarket be added to topical minoxidil? anf if so how much grams would it be needed for an average coffe strength.

The amount of caffeine in the studies is very, very, very small. point 01 % or less. there are lots of shampoos with caffeineina that are very affordable and easily accessible. Lots of love brother
