This is helpful. Arthritis and various maladies of the lower spine are common as we age. Ways to modify these movements to help those limited in movement become less limited, as they're able, are incredibly helpful. I'll try this, and any other modifications to work the back. Thanks!

How would one get into the elevated bridge position?

I've only ever tried pushing up from laying on the ground, was told to hold a block to practice keeping my knees together. Still can't get very high though, can only get head off the ground but arms still not fully extended. Will try elevated bridge today. Hopefully that will make a difference. 😁
