Handstand shoulder positioning is arguably one of the most important part of handstand form. In order to have a good form in handstand you need the handstand shoulder positions to be in place. This will ensure a stable and efficient handstand position.
In this video will talk about shoulder flexion, or opening your shoulders in a handstand. I will also talk about shoulder elevation for the handstand as well as shoulder rotation - more specifically internal/inwards rotation.
