Todos los que entrenamos en el gimnasio, por desgracia, hemos tenido o tendremos dolor de hombro, pues esta articulación, por como se estructura, por sus características y su reclutamiento en el deporte, es una zona de frecuentes dolores, molestias y lesiones.
Sin embargo, no debemos resignarnos a ello y nos encontramos en la obligación de prevenir y remediar el dolor de hombro. Por suerte, hay ejercicios que son muy sencillos de entender y ejecutar que nos ayudaran con el dolor de hombro.
En este vídeo exponemos 3 ejercicios para remediar y evitar el dolor de hombro. Son 3 ejercicios diferentes pero muy fáciles de aplicar en el entrenamiento diario, 3 ejercicios que seguro os resultarán útiles.
