Easy No knead bread
1 cup warm water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
Mix with a whisk for 30 seconds
Add 1 cup flour
Mix till it forms a ball
Cover and let rest 15 minutes
Stretch and fold with a wet hand till dough resists
Cover and let rise 15 minutes

Cover and let rise in a warm place till doubled.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface,
sprinkle dough with a little flour,
roll into a rectangle.
Roll up tightly,
place in a greased pan seam side down.
Let rise till doubled.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Enjoy!
Yields: 1 loaf
