So if you Rate Up with NO Power .. You're Faking it ! - If you find yourself UNABLE to Sprint with Power .. you have TWO choices .. GET STRONGER .. OR Keep Faking it . .hoping NO ONE NOTICES !
TRAINING with a bigger SYNONYMOUS Blade Shape is what I mean by ACTIVE Resistance increase the Load on your STROKE and your Body yes you can go to the gym & add muscle mass ( adds weight ) it’s not same as WATER POWER ⚡⚡
You have to increase your 👉👉ANAEROBIC Endurance👈👈 if you want to be able to Sprint with HIGH CADENCE & HIGH POWER .. Pure Cadence without the SKILL to maintain or increase Positive Pressure on your small DB blade = SLIPPAGE - you have to adjust this MATRIX to suit your SKILL first and Anaerobic Fitness 2nd - Racing just PHYSICS - Move Boat Fast for longer with the Least of amount Energy, Heartrate & Lactic Acid .. i.e 👉👉👉 MOVE the BOAT Faster for Longer requires maintaining High Power for that SUB 2 min everyone aims for right ?😁😁❤
