That was the video i was in need. Its hard to keep up those tips with life, kids, not so much time to exercise properly. Thank you for inspiring us all and to workout in a right way. Because its very hard to develop that mentality when you get stronger and unlock some advanced skills, the path to injury its right on the corner. Greeting from Germany 💪🏻

Great video, thanks for your personal insight! My main mistakes have been: 1) training too much intensity (negatives and progressions where I could only do 1-2 reps) 2) overuse injury, not resting properly 3) doing too much volume in 1 session instead of doing more frequency for optimal strength gains

You are an inspiration man 🙌, I learned a lot of the same lessons when I played soccer and got injured a lot, having no prior experience to fitness at all. Now that I do calisthenics and Wushu, I like to take training slower and be more thoughtful about it. I think a big mistake I made was training when I didn't feel "good" or ready to train, sometimes you might need 2-3 rest days (or even 1 week to relax and get your mind off of stress) instead of 1 day because of different life circumstances.

Not stretching after workouts was one of the mistake I have done. It is super important to develop this habit at the very beginning so you don't end up stiff along the way. The more years you go without stretching after hard workouts the harder it is to loosen up tightness.

GRAZIE ANDREA❤
