Black coffee on an empty stomach can also lead to increases in adrenaline and cortisol, and if you've watched any of my other videos, you'd know that chronically elevated cortisol is horrible for fat loss since and can ultimately lead to insulin resistance.
And Drinking coffee on a full stomach, won't induce such a big cortisol or adrenaline rush.
Also, if you drink to much coffee in general, it can deplete B-vitamins, vitamin C and even vitamin D, so don’t slam coffee all day.
I personally drink my coffee with two tablespoons of grass fed beef gelatin, a couple ounces of raw milk, and then a little bit of fruit.
The reason why I add beef gelatin to coffee is because it can help soothe the digestive system and reduce inflammation in the gut.
Gelatin is rich in amino acids that support gut health and can help repair damaged intestinal lining. Plus, it adds a nice creaminess to my coffee when i blend it.
